Yeah, but then I also think of the episode Plato's Stepchildren, where McCoy says that making a Vulcan show his emotions is the worst thing possible. In Naked Time, he shows the audience his emotions, but he runs off to cry in private, because he can't bear to cry in front of anyone. It's one thing for him to show emotions in front of Jim, because he knows and trusts Jim and, it's like being naked, you can take your clothes off in front of someone that you know and trust, but you wouldn't just take your clothes off in front of total strangers. That's what it felt like when Spock was crying on the Bridge. It wasn't so much just that he was crying, but he was crying in front of all those people. He should've tried a lot harder to control it and then been ashamed when he couldn't.
I know! I mean, it could've been that they were just doing cannon couples, so K/S wouldn't count, but Xena/Gabrielle was never cannon, was it? Although I watched it a long time ago, and I didn't really get into it, it was just something that I watched cause it was on, so maybe it did become cannon and I was too young to realize.
